Welcome to the Team Manager Page of Corona/Norco AYSO Region 37!  Thank you for volunteering, AYSO cannot run without the support and help of our volunteers! 

As a Team Manager you will be:

 A liason between the Coach & the Parents. 

  • An important role a Team Manager can play is to be the unofficial KID ZONE representative at every game.  Please click the KID ZONE Sign above for more information. Remember, we're here for the KIDS! Let's keep positive and have fun! 
  • In addition, the Team Manager will  remind the team of upcoming games, practices and team parties and of course make a snack list. 

EVERY TEAM MANAGER MUST REGISTER AS A VOLUNTEER. To register as a volunteer please go to AYSO37.org and log on or create account.  You will need to also complete the Online Background Check, SAFE HAVEN, Concussion Awareness Training, Sudden Cardiac on Etrainu/aysou, & Safe Sport.

Safe Sport Instructions: (This certification does expire in one year and will need a refresher course)

Accessing and Completing SafeSport: 

1 | Make sure you are logged into your Sports Connect account on ayso37.org
2 | To access your Volunteer Dashboard, select the Volunteer tab on the left side of the screen 
3 | Check the box next to SafeSport 
4 | Click Renew & Update 
5 | A prompt will pop-up - click the link or copy and paste to get started
6 | You will need to create a SafeSport account. During the process when you see the question for "Membership ID", leave this blank.  Make sure you use the same email as your Sports Connect account and legal name - not nickname.
7 | Once the account has been created, go to "My Courses" and select "SafeSport Trained- U.S. Soccer Federation." 
8 | Complete the course.  The certification should automatically upload to your account - but please either screenshot or print out and keep with your AYSO info.

Forms

  • Spring 2024 Team Information Form (VOLUNTEERS)  Coaches or Team Managers, Please fill out this team information with the names of your assistant coach, team manager, and referees.  Remember ALL volunteers must register as a volunteer at ayso37.org and complete the following:  Safe Haven - ETRAIN/AYSOU, Cardiac Arrest - ETRAIN/AYSOU, Concussion Awareness - ETRAIN/AYSOU,  SAFE Sport - AYSO37.org in your volunteer profile,  Volunteer Application/Background Check - AYSO37.org in your volunteer profile and California Mandated Fingerprinting - AYSO - AYSO37.org in your volunteer profile (Coaches, Assist Coaches, Refs).  In addition, Referees MUST become certified by AYSO as a referee.  Assistant Coaches are required to attend coach training.   All Referee and Coach training will be posted at ayso37.org.  Your volunteers will not be allowed to participate without completing each of these.  
  • Livescan is required for all Referees and Coaches, and Assist Coaches you can setup your livescan appointment here:  Livescan
  • TEAM BANNERS- You must put in for team name approval first! No artwork or team names  that are violent in nature are allowed. NO GUNS or reference to guns or shooting  or any type of weapon is allowed. Please use common sense and GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP when picking/designing your team banner. You cannot use any information directly identifying any player (i.e.- cannot use - John Doe #14, Can only say the players name next to a small graphic)
  • Team Name Requests (Spring 2024)
  • SPRING 2024 APPROVED TEAM NAMES
  • Uniform Replacement Requests:  Uniforms may be replaced if the uniform does not fit the player appropriately. The jerseys should be distributed with the smallest player receiving #2 and the largest player receiving #12 and up.  Uniform replacement may take up to 10 business days to fill. If you have not been contacted after 10 business days to pick up your uniform, please email [email protected] 
  •  Uniform Replacement Request
  • Spring 2024 Tent Duty  -This is MANDATORY in order for your team to receive end of season reward. There is a tab at the bottom for Shearer and a tab for Santana. Teams will have one assigned time slot during the season. Send one adult volunteer from your team to the tent check in area. This volunteer does not need any certifications.
  • Team Sponsorship Online Form- NO SPONSORS NEEDED FOR SPRING 2024. This must be filled out in addition to the printed form that must be completed and included with the payment submitted to the office.
  • Team Sponsorship Printable Form - Please print this and submit with the payment to the office and fill out the above online form.
