1. If you are new to our program click on the REGISTER NOW button at top right of the screen on the home page, all returning players can click LOG IN.
2. Important to know-When first creating an account the parent information is the very first to be entered, then The Participant is the player that you are registering to play soccer. Please carefully check for errors before submitting to e-sign the registration form, these errors are difficult to fix.
3. All players registering to Region 37 will need to show proof of date of birth. You can upload this onto your registration account. Click on blue box by child's name and upload photo to birth certificate icon. This is a requirement for ALL players due to recent changes in the registration program.
4. If there are no openings in the age division you are registering for, please continue on with waitlist registration. For new players, click register now on the home page to get started or for returning players, log in to your account. A waitlist may start for a division before the end of our registration period. If signed up near the end of registration time, your child may be moved to the waitlist due to coaching needs. You will need to advance through ALL of the screens, even the payment screen, it will stay at $0 at checkout. You will receive an email receipt showing waitlist registration is complete. If added from the list, you will receive an email prompting you to login and make the registration payment. If you have not replied to the email within 3 days, the next person down the list will be asked about team placement.
5. Please pay online with a credit or debit card. No other forms of payment are accepted. ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE, $25 OF THE REGISTRATION FEE AS WELL AS THE $3 TRANSACTION FEE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Please see our full drop and refund policy.
6. Once online registration is complete, you will be contacted by one of AYSO Region 37's volunteers upon formation of teams. . Please email us immediately if you are interested in coaching opportunities, [email protected]
7. No in-person registration will be available. Registration could be completed through mobile devices, computers, and tablets. If you need further assistance with completing registration, please email [email protected] to make arrangements to meet with one of our volunteers.
8. We wish we could be accommodate everyone and their requests, but at this time, we are only able to place siblings in the same age group on the same teams. We will not consider other accommodations. Training schedule accommodations are available to parents wishing to coach their own child(ren).
