Spring 2012 Registration Update

Registration for the Spring 2012 Season has started.  The season will begin February 25th and end on April 28th....with the Spring Fling Tournament May 5th and 6th.  There will be no games April 7th or April 14th.

Instructions on How to Register:
  1. Log-on to www.eayso.org and preregister your child.  After logging in, if you are a returning player from our Fall 2011 season, please click on "Sign-up for Other Programs".  If you are a new player and did not play in the Fall 2011 season, please click on "Application for a New Player".
  2. You must bring (3) copies of the player form along with proof of birth date (if not a returning player in Region 37) to the AYSO Office at 330. S. Maple Street Ste A on one of the registration dates listed below.  All registrations received by mail or dropped-off will be held until all registration dates are complete.  Space is limited in the Spring, and any registrations received can be wait listed.
  3. Registration fee is $60 ($75 after 01/28/12), and must be paid in the form of a check or money order or VISA Debit/Credit.
  4. Pre-register as a volunteer and bring (2) copies of your volunteer registration form and picture ID to the any of the registration dates.  Remember, AYSO Region 37 is a 100% volunteer run organization and needs your help.

Some Divisions in the Spring May Play Co-Ed (Typically U12 and Higher) Due to Lower Total Registrations in the Spring.

 Player Drop and Replacement Policy/Procedure

Coaches may not drop or add players on their rosters. 
When a player drops from a team due to reasons beyond the coach’s control, the parents must complete this player drop and refund request form The refund amount, if any, is completely at the discretion of the Regional Commissioner and Treasurer. Refund amounts will be affected by such things as progress into season, reasons for dropping, cost thus far to Region 37 for player’s participation and other factors. The coach must give their Division Coordinator that player’s registration form in order to receive a replacement player of equal rating.
