If you are a coach that would like to print their game cards in Advance then here is an excel sheet that you can use.
All docs are hosted in google, you will need an active google account to access them.
NOTE: This is for printing on the pre-existing game cards that were handed out to you at the tent or the coaches meetings. If you would like a printable 8 1/2 x 11 full sheet then please click
here. Otherwise use the below links for the Region card that was given to you.
Game Card Excel Formatted: Team Card Excel SheetHints on using the Excel Sheet.
1. Right click on the link and click on "Open in New Tab". When the new tab opens click on the download arrow in the top right to save it to your personal computer's hard drive.
2. Once it has downloaded, browse to the location on your hard drive that you saved it to and open the file.
3. When opening the file Excel will ask you to click on enable editing. It's safe to click on enable editing, there are no macros in this file.
4. It was formatted for an HP OfficeJet 8600, you may have to adjust your margins.
5. Ensure that your printer dialogue and size setup in excel is 5.5" x 8.5" (Statement Form)
Google Sheet Formatted:If you do not have excel then you can use this google sheet:
Team Card Google DocInstructions on Using the google Doc:
1. The link is designed for you to make a copy when you click on it. This works best in chrome and you must have an active google docs account for it to show you the copy doc popup.
2. Replace the text in the cells
3. When you print you should have the following settings in your browser.
-Paper Size: Statement (5.5" x 8.5")
-Page Orientation (Portrait)
-Scale: Normal (100%)
-Margins: Customize: Left .104" Top .404"
-Formatting: Unchecked show grid lines and show notes
-Alignment: Horizontal-LEFT Vertical-Top
4. Printer Pop-up Dialog
-Your printer may assume standard 11" paper, in the settings make sure the paper size is Statement or 5.5" x 8.5"
5. Unfortunately Google docs does not retain printer settings, don't blame me, I didn't write their code. My recommendation is to look at the season schedule and print your game cards all at once for the entire season if you don't want to have to monkey with the settings for every game.
Spring Select/Extra
If you are a Spring Select or Extra Coach this is the card that most AYSO regions will accept:
