Virtual badges currently come from id123.io. At the start of a season all eligible coaches and referees are loaded into the id123 system. Invites are then sent out in email with an invite code. You must install the ID123 app and then sign up with your AYSO ID and id123 invite code. Your AYSO ID is found by logging into ayso37.org and clicking on the volunteer tab. If your ID is not showing up then you probably need to submit a volunteer form for the season.
Note: The ID123.io and AYSO systems are not linked. If you took a coach or referee class after the season start you will need to email [email protected] or [email protected] to get an ID invite. All AYSO 37 Referees must sign up for CGI sports. CGI sports is used to track referee assignments and points. Anyone officiating 10U and up games are required to sign up for an account in order for their team to receive referee points. Instructions for CGI Sports can be found here:
CGI sports Livescan is required for all referees and coaches, you can setup your livescan appointment here: Livescan
Advice for youth referees and other volunteers.
- Additional Volunteer Users - users volunteering outside of the registration system will volunteer his/herself or add a new user to volunteer. If the volunteer now becomes an additional user, he/she will want to log in to the email account that was used to register the person as an additional volunteer and accept the invite to create a Username/Password on Blue Sombrero to get them access to AYSOU.
- AYSOU Certifications - Certifications will port over from AYSOU to Etrain once the user volunteers, based on the system recognizing the volunteer ID. If the certifications do not port over, there is a mismatch in the ID. To ensure the best results DO NOT CREATE another account.
- All volunteers must have their own account tied to their own unique email address. A youth watching the videos on a parent's account or a spouse watching the videos and doing the courses on their spouses' account will not count and we cannot award credit after the fact.
