Virtual Badge Instructions
AYSO Region 37 is pleased to announce the new Virtual Badge process to help meet its commitment to Child Safety by validating that coach and referee volunteers have the proper credentials to work with the AYSO players.
Signing up for a Virtual Badge is easy to do. Signup involves downloading a mobile app, applying for a badge, and signing your name to agree that you have the required credentials.
For Android, please download Virtual Badge here:
ID123 Virtual Badge
Please note that selfies taken with hats or sunglasses will be rejected.
Volunteers at the start of the season will get an email with instructions on how to activate their badge. You will need to take a picture and submit your badge request. An administrator will activate your badge after reviewing your photo.
Volunteers who obtain coach or referee certifications after the season will need to reach out to [email protected] or [email protected] to be manually entered until we can link our ID into the Id123 system.
Did you not get an invite yet?
Special note: We load the badge system information ~2 weeks before the season start date. If you obtained a coach or referee certification after our load you will need to email [email protected] or [email protected] to have an invite sent. Please include your AYSO ID in the email so that we can verify your status.
Your AYSO ID is found by logging into ayso37.org and clicking on the volunteer tab. If your ID is not showing up then you probably need to submit a volunteer form for the season.
Only referees and coaches are required to have a virtual badge. Team Managers and other volunteers are not required and will not be sent badge requests.
